Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8–15 business days. Your delivery estimate is also shown at checkout. Orders with Priority Processing are packed and shipped first.

Tracking

We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at mattscrub48@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it only before the order ships.
