Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at mattscrub48@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.

Free gifts that came with a bundle should be returned with the bundle. Optional Protected Shipping and Priority Processing fees are refunded only if the order is not shipped.

Exchanges

To swap a color, return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
